Who We Are
Founded by Ohad Asor, a logician, mathematician, and AI expert, Tau Net is the result of his innovations in formal logic and decentralized systems. Ohad’s leadership has driven the development of this transformative blockchain.
Our team of 15 experts, including four PhDs in AI, mathematics and engineering, is uniquely positioned to produce the only blockchain that continuously adapts to its users. Among our key contributors is Prof. Enrico Franconi, a renowned expert in knowledge representation and reasoning, who has served as the Principal Investigator for the European Space Agency (ESA). Additionally, Prof. Paweł Parys, a computer science researcher specializing in automata theory and logics, provides critical guidance on the theoretical foundations of Tau Net.

Ohad is an AI expert, Logician and Mathematician. He’s been a Developer and Mathematician at leading tech companies since 1995, with prior work with GE Healthcare creating their systems. Ohad was once the youngest university student in Israel, studying Mathematics and Computer Science at the age of 13. As CTO, he leads development with specialized knowledge in AI, logic and engineering.
Fola Adejumo

Fola is a seasoned founder, amassing millions in revenue, with experience in building global teams to success from zero over 10+ years. He has an industrious background in product creation, global manufacturing, sales and marketing; working with the world’s top brands such as Google, Walmart, Disney, NBC Universal to develop products and ideas on a global scale.
Karim Kaddeche
VP of R&D
Karim is a serial entrepreneur and innovator with 11 patents. After selling his first startup, GeoMicro, he has been instrumental in R&D at Tau Net, driving advancements that bring its roadmap to fruition.
About Us
Tau is a logic-based AI project developed by IDNI AG, a company incorporated in Liechtenstein. It researches and develops AI that is able to logically reason over information and software, while also enabling the development of AI and software with guaranteed accuracy, safety and security for the public.
The project was founded in 2015 by Ohad Asor, where he cultivated the idea of Tau Net and Agoras, and the underlying logical AI technology that enables their various features. Up until 2019 Ohad was the sole researcher and developer. In 2019, Fola Adejumo joined as business advisor, and later became CEO in 2021 in partnership with Ohad.
